INTRODUCTION

SHARP POINT (M) SDN BHD founded in 06th August 1992, as incorporate company. The company started as

manufactured of window blinds. The very first product that SHARP POINT produce was Venetian Blinds and goes to Roller

Blinds, which most of the fabric has been imported overseas. As time goes by SHARP POINT also supply different color of

slatting to some other manufacturing company. As the company continue to growth, the company also learn to produces

different kinds of window blinds as per market demand with the brand name SHARP POINT as company trade make.

Our factory located at rural areas which is hard for some of our customer to visit our showroom and see some of the product

we have offer into the market by themselves. This is why the management decided to establish SP DISTRIBUTION SDN

BHD main office at urban areas on 23rd December 2002 at Rawang town which is 45mins drive from Kuala Lumpur city.

On this way we able to direct serve our customer and give special services on hand by attending our customer needs and

wants. Later on, middle of year 2018 our main office has been relocated once again at our current address Lot 4&6, Jalan

Zurah 3, Kawasan Perindustrian Rasa, 44200 Rasa, Ulu Selangor Malaysia.

As years goes by without sugar coating SHARP POINT also facing some difficulties as other normal company facing due

to some changes and flaws that the management re-consider some other advice, recommendation and comments from people

around and continue to find ways to solve flaws. SHARP POINT comes to this point due to professionalism, foundation

and perseverance of person behind our company growth.

SHARP POINT sustains to stand and continue to serve our customer beyond imaginable to cope with the quantity and

quality product that we offer to our belove customer and consumer and also to contribute with the developing country of

Malaysia.

As SHARP POINT achieves a huge mile stone we have develop and adopt with international advance method to improve

our product in terms of creativity, affordable with high-quality, achieve complete customer satisfactory and most especially

create and cultivate a good and long-term relationships with customer as we continued to serve and responds immediate

concern of our customers. We are doing as much as we can to communicate to every single customer that we have in order

for as to improve highest standard of performance that our company can offer.

We are not only offering our product locally but we also develop our relationship with our neighboring country such as

Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and China.

Dimout blinds are made of a tightly woven

material with no holes, they provide a soft

filtered light effect which is better for light

control and in turn can enhance your room’s

ambiance.

They impede the view from inside and outside,

so you can’t see out of them, but you also can’t

see through them from outside.

They often used in kitchens, living rooms and

dining rooms, as they provide good levels of

privacy, but still offer a suitable amount of light.

At night if the lights are on, your silhouette can

be seen through the blinds, so they may not be

ideal for bedrooms or bathrooms.

Sunscreen blinds are made from a specially designed mesh fabric which lets in plenty of light, while

protecting you from the sun’s glare and rays. Sunscreen blinds block out up to 95% of the sun’s harmful

rays, which provides the bonus of being a great energy efficient blind.

They provide a great level of privacy as you can’t see into the room from outside, although they are

not a block out fabric, meaning you can still see through them and maintain your outside view.

However, sunscreen blinds do not provide privacy at night when the lights are on, so they are not

ideal for bedrooms or bathrooms unless they are used with a block-out blind in a dual blind set-up.

Blackout blinds completely block out the

amount of sunlight entering your room, keeping

your home shaded all day.

They suited for rooms that require complete

darkness and privacy. They are suited for

bedrooms, theatre rooms and bathrooms.
